TOBA TEK SINGH - The City Police have refused to register a case against two alleged criminals who fired on a citizen after he refused to give them extortion money.
Shahzad Maseeh, a resident of Mubarikabad, while talking to newsmen here.
He said that Ittefaq Maseeh and his accomplice Azhar alias Lalla attacked him a week back but he luckily remained unhurt.
He said that he called police emergency number and a police party reached but in the meantime the accused had fled.
The witnessed told the police about the incident but even then the police had not so far registered the case.
