Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali on Friday paid tribute to the Pakistan Armed Forces on Youm-e-Tashakur (Thanksgiving Day), lauding their role in defending the country and “crushing India's arrogance.”

Speaking to media representatives, Gohar expressed pride in the military's performance during recent hostilities and said that Pakistan has sent a clear message of strength. “The nation stands proud of its armed forces,” he said.

He emphasized that Pakistan cannot afford further internal or external tensions, urging all stakeholders to take a serious approach to national challenges. “It’s time to resolve issues seriously — enough is enough,” Gohar added.

The PTI chairman ruled out the possibility of any secret deal involving the party's founder, Imran Khan. “Imran Khan’s wife is in jail — the question of any compromise does not even arise,” he asserted.

Gohar called for an end to political confrontation, urging all political forces to declare a political ceasefire to shift focus towards resolving the country’s pressing public issues.
