LAHORE: - Manga Mandi police arrested a suspect involved in sexually assaulting a young woman at gunpoint and filming her videos. According to police, the victim works as a nurse at a private hospital. The accused, identified as Tanveer Ahmed, is a friend of the victim’s brother. He allegedly lured her to his house on the pretext of his wife’s illness. Later, he took her to a dera located in nearby fields where he recorded obscene videos at gunpoint. The suspect reportedly blackmailed the victim by threatening to leak the videos on social media and repeatedly assaulted her. SP Saddar Division, Rana Hussain Tahir, commended SHO Manga Mandi for swift action and stated that “those exploiting women deserve no leniency.”
