Dinner for students


LAHORE – Punjab University hosted a dinner in honour of the students who showed outstanding performance in Model United Nations conferences on Monday.
Punjab University Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran, Students Affair Advisor Prof Dr Rafique Ahmed, English Department Chairperson Prof Dr Shaista Sonnu Sirajuddin and Ayesha Fatima Burq were present on the occasion.
A delegation of Punjab University students – including Nishat Kazmi, Zeeshan Nadeem, Muhammad Bilal Ramzan, Muhammad Nawaz, Ameer Hamza Dogar, Muhammad Umar Riaz, Affan Taj, Irtezza Afzaal, Nadeem Irshad and Muhammad Umair Ikram from University Law College; Sher Afghan Malik from IAS; Raza Bakir Shah and Kanza Khan from IBA; Muhammad Saqib from ICET; Uneza Hamid and Anam Afzal from ICS; Fatima Zehra and Saad Iqbal from CAD; and Amir Ejaz from PUCIT participated in Model United Nations conference in the country and abroad.
Congratulating the students, Dr Kamran said the students must have strong grasp on their subjects to excel in the relevant fields. Later, he distributed certificates among the students.
