NAROWAL - Three people including a girl died in different parts here the other day.

Reportedly, two brothers - Muhammad Akbar and Muhammad Asghar, resident of Chanderke village were attacked by their opponents including Akhtar and his accomplices when they were outside of their house.

Resultantly, Akbar died on the spot and his brother got serious injuries and was taken to District Headquarters hospital Narowal.

The reason behind the attack is said to be old enmity over property dispute. 

Meanwhile, 70-year-old M Sharif was hit by a speeding motorcycle when he was crossing a road near DHQ Hospital Narowal. He was shifted to hospital but could not survive. In another incident, 23-year-old Noureen, daughter of Muhammad Ahmed drowned in Dhille Canal when she was washing clothes on its bank. The locals and rescue divers continued search for the body but could not find the body so far.
