ISLAMABAD  - The Ministry of Local Government is organizing an International seminar on 'Successful models in capacity development for local self-governance' here on Monday. Minister for Local Government and Rural Development Ghulam Ahmad Bilour has said that seminar would help improving local government system for the benefit of people. Objectives of the Seminar are to prepare recommendations for improvement of the local government system in the country. Sixty to 80 delegates from home and abroad would participate in the semilnar to give their input on different aspects of the local government system.   The recommendations of the seminar will be submitted to the government to make the system more vibrant.
