KARACHI - Sindh Home Minister Manzoor Hussain Wassan on Sunday said that killers of President Peoples Unity of PIA, Aamir Shah, and PPP activist Khalid Jakhrani would be arrested soon. He strongly condemned the killings of Aamir and Jakhrani. He said that it was target killing. According to official statement issued from the CM House, the Home Minister in his condolence message to the bereaved families said that an investigation committee comprising high ranked police officers had been constituted which would probe incident and arrest the killers. He directed the police to arrest the killers within 24 hours. Expressing deep sorrow and grief over killings of Aamir Shah and Khalid Jakhrani, Manzoor Wasan has also sympathised and condoled with the bereaved families. APP adds: Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Qaim Ali Shah has strongly condemned murder of Chairman of Peoples Unity, Aamir Shah, and worker Khalid Jakhrani. Appreciating the services of Aamir Shah and Khalid Jakhrani for the party, Syed Qaim Ali Shah said they were very active members and the party has been deprived of its precious assets, said a statement here on Sunday. The Sindh CM has directed Additional Inspector General of Police to initiate an immediate probe into the matter and arrest the culprits. Syed Qaim Ali Shah has expressed deep sorrow and grief over the killing of Aamir Shah and Khalid Jakhrani and prayed rest of the departed souls in eternal peace.
