OUR STAFF REPORTER LAHORE South Cantt SHO Zafar Iqbal fled from the court-room when an additional district and sessions judge awarded him six-month jail term for not complying with the court orders. The court found him affecting the progress of a five-year old murder trial. As per details, a murder-cum-dacoity case was being heard by Additional District and Sessions Judge Abdul Jabbar Khan who had directed the SHO several times to produce the nominated accused, namely, Faisal Latif, Ejaz, Usman, Shahbaz, Ali Raza, and Fiaz in the court, but he did not comply with the orders. The SHO also ignored the orders regarding production of the case property, including a cell phone, a gold chain, weapons, and the car that were used in the dacoity-cum-murder.
