MANDI BAHAUDDIN - Two boys belonging to village Chak Besawa drowned in Rasul-Qadirabad link Canal. Three boys were swimming with the support of a string tied with bridge pylon.
But the string broke and the villagers jumped into the canal and succeeded to save one while Zaheer Abbas, 6, and Ali Raza,7, drowned. So far dead bodies had not been recovered despite hectic efforts.  The drowned boys’ relatives have established a camp on the canal side to trace the bodies in the canal.
