LAHORE – The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has decided to engage property valuators to evaluate its residential and commercial property, as well as to suggest realistic prices for disposal of public utility sites located in various housing schemes in the City through open auction.
This initiative has been taken by the LDA with a view to safeguarding the ownership rights of the people living in its residential schemes. The LDA has invited applications from interested national tax registered firms having substantial expertise in conducting valuation of property by the first week of September.
