LAHORE - The Azadi Marka-e-Haq TMC Saddar Trophy Boys’ Basketball Tournament begins today (August 19) at the International Abdul Nasir Basketball Court, Aram Bagh, Karachi. Organized by Firdous Ittehad with the support of TMC Saddar and under the sanction of KBBA, the three-day event will be inaugurated by Municipal Commissioner Noor Hassan Jokhio. According to KBBA Secretary Zahid Malik, the event is being supervised by Commissioner Karachi’s Director Sports Ghulam Muhammad Khan. Haji M Ashraf Yahya has been appointed Tournament Secretary, while Engr Zain-ul-Abidin Channa is organiser. The organising committee also includes SP Saeed Arain, MCB Vice President M Haider Khan, UBL’s Zulfiqar Abbas Khan, NBP’s M Farooq Khan, and other leading sports personalities.
