Pakistan's Mix Martial Arts (MMA) Champion Shahid Siddique won gold medal at Thailand Mall Championship.
The Pakistani team overall bagged three gold, two silver and one bronze medal during the tournament.
Shahid won gold medal in 69 kilogram in Nogi Division and bagged bronze in Gi-Division. This was first time the champ was taking part in Jiujitsu GI competition outside Pakistan.

Furthermore, Pakistani MMA godfather Bashir Ahmed also won gold medal in 85 kilogram category.
On his Facebook page, Bashir asked the government for support and seek sponsorship for the sport inside Pakistan. He is first Pakistani to win a gold medal in this weight category.
Both players dedicated their victories to APS Peshawar martyrs.
