ISLAMABAD-Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) MNA and Islamabad Region president Ali Nawaz Awan on Monday has lodged a complaint with Secretariat police station for registration of a case against federal ministers of PML-N and PTV officials for inciting violence and religious hatred against PTI  chief   Imran Khan. The applicant accused PML-N’s Federal Ministers Maryam Aurangzeb, Javed Latif, PTV Managing Director (MD) Sohail Khan and Controller Programme Rashid Baig of fuelling violence and religious hatred against PTI Chief Imran Khan and requested for registration of a case against them. In this complaint, PTI MNA Ali Nawaz Awan stated that the ministers of PML-N had edited fake video clips and aired in a TV show while running a bogus religious propaganda against Imran Khan. He mentioned that due to propaganda launched by PML-N federal ministers that with alleged support of two officials of PTV, the life of former premier Imran Khan    is in   danger.

Station House Officer (SHO) PS Secretariat, when contacted, confirmed that police had received an application from PTI leader for registration of case against federal ministers and PTV officials. He said that the application has been forwarded to SP Legal Branch for further consultation.
