Sattar accuses MQM-H of killings

KARACHI - The Deputy Convenor MQM Rabita Committee, Dr Farooq Sattar MNA has vehemently condemned the killing of Muttaheda's workers in Landhi area and demanded immediate arrest of the killers. Addressing a press conference at MQM headquarters '90' here Sunday afternoon, Farooq Sattar accused terrorists of Mohajir Qaumi Movement responsible for these killings. He demanded of the President, Prime Minister, Sindh Governor, Sindh Chief Minister, Advisor Interior, Sindh Home Minister to get the terrorists involved in the kilings of MQM workers, arrested forthwith. Dr Farooq Sattar recalled the events of April 9 and said that in the Tahir Plaza episode, MQM sympathisers were burnt alive while the allegations were levelled against MQM. He described the firing at Bilawal House and killing of MQM workers in Landhi as acts of same terrorists. "Those who consider us terrorists, should tell us whether we are terrorists or being made target of terrorism", the Rabita Committee Deputy Convenor questioned. He said the killing of our workers by MQM-Haqiqi terrorists deserve every amount of condemnation. Dr. Farooq Sattar said that in the April 9 disturbances, the MQM workers were subjected to violence but MQM was accused for the same. He alleged that Haqiqi terrorists have been given an open hand to kill the Muttaheda workers. He clearly accused Mohajir Qaumi Movement responsible for the killing of Muttaheda workers.
