Islamabad- Senate Committee on Human Rights has unanimously passed a resolution in favor of lifting the ban from Youtube website.
The committee held its meeting in Islamabad today under the chairmanship of Senator Afrasiab Khattak. The committee said the issue of lifting ban from Youtube will be raised in today's senate session. It was suggested by the committee that the ban on the website was of no use.  The government banned Youtube about 18 months back because of a blasphemous video.
