Online Fraudulent Businesses

I would like to highlight the growing concern of online business scams in Pakistan. Across cities like Khuzdar, Karachi, Quetta, and Hub, people are falling victim to fraudulent online deliveries.

These so-called businesses advertise mobile phones, laptops, books, and other products—but deliver items that are either damaged or completely different from what was ordered. Innocent and often uneducated customers are being deceived on a large scale.

Recently, I ordered an iPhone for Rs. 40,000. When I opened the package, I was shocked to find a broken phone in poor condition. I tried to seek redress but found no help. This issue demands urgent attention. The perpetrators must be held accountable, and justice must be served to the victims of these deceitful practices.

I urge the government to take immediate and stern action against online fraudsters and protect the public from further exploitation.

ISHFAQ NAWAZ,

Khuzdar.
