ISLAMABAD - Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf will address a public meeting at Swar Muhammad Hussain Shaheed Stadium Gujjar Khan tpday (Sunday).
PPP flags, welcome banners and huge portraits of President Asif Ali Zardari, his sister Faryal Talpur, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Prime Minister Raja Parvez Ashraf and other leaders have been erected on both sides of GT Road. All the avenues leading to the place of public meeting have been decorated with buntings and welcome banners.
Three huge processions led by PPP leaders Malik Amir Fida Paracha from Rawalpindi, Sabti Shah from Rawat and Imran Ashraf from Faizabad would reach Gujjar Khan with all pomp and show. All the small and large processions emanating from twin cities would join the central procession of Imran Ashraf. PPP central leader and bother of Prime Minister Imran Ashraf said PM public meeting at Gujjar Khan would set direction of politics of twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
October 21 historical public meeting would prove twin cities are stronghold of PPP, he claimed.
All the necessary preparations in connection with public meeting have been finalised and party flags have been hoisted on all key intersections and crossings in twin cities.
