CDA promotes 7 officers of executive cadre into grade-19

ISLAMABAD-The Capital Development Authority has promoted its seven grade-18 officers of the executive cadre to the grade-19 on the recommendations of the departmental promotion committee.  
The approval for the promotions has been granted by the Chairman CDA Captain (Retd) Muhammad Usman, who announced to end bottlenecks in such pending promotions.
The officers promoted on regular basis includes Mumtaz Ali Shar, Azhar Khurshid, Muhammad Attaullah, Asad Abbas, Muhammad Kashif and Kamran Bakhat, whereas, Abdul Rauf Khan was promoted to grade-19 on temporary basis as he was junior most on the seniority lists and some of his colleagues could not be promoted on one pretext or an another.  
These officers will remain on probation in grade-19 for one year after which their promotion will be confirmed by the authority upon satisfactory performance.
All officers promoted in grade-19 were already working as directors on current charge basis as their promotions were overdue.
At present, Mumtaz Ali Shar is Director Enforcement, Azhar Khurshid is in Human Resource Directorate, Muhammad Attaullah is Director Coordination, Asad Abbas is Deputy Director HRD and Kamran Bakhat is Director Law while Abdul Rauf is serving as Director Staff to the Chairman CDA.
