Edible ghee, oil prices reduced by RS 3 per kg at all USC outlets

The Utility Stores Corporation for the convenience of its valued customers has decided to reduce the edible Ghee and oil prices by Rs. 3 per kg at all Utility Stores outlets thus bringing their prices down to Rs. 145 per kg. This decision was made at a Utility Stores Corporation meeting held in Lahore with Ch. Parvez Elahi, senior central leader of Pakistan Muslim League and senior federal minister in the chair. The Utility Stores Corporation has also been directed to ensure maximum availability of all essential items during the last 10 days of Ramadan for the convenience of its customers. The Prime Ministers advisor on Industries Muhammad Basharat Raja along with the Ministry of Industries and Utility Stores Corporation officials were present in the meeting. The meeting expressed its overall satisfaction at the results of the Utility Stores Ramadan initiative of providing essential items at subsidized prices. The concerned officials were also directed to make special arrangements for eid shopping at the Utility Stores outlets. It was also decided to pay an additional one month salary to all Utility Stores employees for their successful Ramadan performance and record sales.
