Poor service in Bajaur

Insult, exploitation, malpractice is a common phenomena in offices of third world countries like Pakistan but the situation is worst in Bajaur Agency. On each and every day, round the year, you will have to see applicants in throngs at administration offices corridors. Ninety five percent of these have small legal and ordinary problems, to sign NIC form, endorse domicile etc. But standing after long hours they are told that the officer will not be more available, so you will have to come tomorrow.
The inner picture is more astonishing. The officer laughs loudly among the elite class, who appraise the officer services with fake words. Time is wasted and nothing gets done. There is a great need to restore the past position of offices, that these are places of public service, not of gossip.
