ISLAMABAD (APP) - Pakistan High Commission in India has invited top Kashmiri pro-freedom leaders including the All Parties Hurriyet Conference Chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and veteran Kashmiri Hurriyet leader, Syed Ali Geelani for a meeting with visiting Foreign Minister, Hina Rabbani Khar. The Deputy High Commissioner, Syed Zulfikar talked to Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Syed Ali Geelani, Shabbir Ahmad Shah, JKLF and other liberation leaders on telephone and invited them for holding a meeting with Hina Khar on July 26, Kashmir Media Service (KMS) reported. The leaders have accepted the invitation and are leaving for New Delhi to meet Khar and brief her about the prevailing political scenario in Kashmir. Hina Rabbani Khar, who is the youngest and first woman Foreign Minister of Pakistan, will be arriving in New Delhi on a two-day visit on July 26. During meeting with Rabbani Khar, Syed Ali Geelani would stress on making Kashmir the core issue during talks with her Indian counterpart, said the spokesman of the forum patronised by veteran Kashmiri Hurriyet leader, Syed Ali Geelani. The meeting fixed for July 26 following a telephonic invitation by Pakistans Deputy High Commissioner in New Delhi, would take place in the run up to the foreign ministers-level talks between India and Pakistan, the spokesman added.
