KARACHI  -  Sui Southern Gas Company Limited has announced the schedule for industrial shut down and CNG closure for coming week.
During the coming week, all CNG Stations in Sindh region would remain closed for three days. According to the schedule, all CNG stations in Sindh will remain closed from 08:00 am on Tuesday 23 July 2013, till 08:00 am on Wednesday, 24 July, 2013 for 24 hours. Another shut down will be observed on Thursday 25 July, 2013 from 08:00 am to Friday 26 July, 2013 till 08:00 am for 24 hours. The 3rd shut down will be started from 8.00 a.m. on Saturday, 27 July, 2013 and will end on Sunday, 28 July, 2013, till 8.00 a.m. for 24 hours.
CNG stations found operative during this period will have their gas supply disconnected. SSGC authorities have also advised the owners of the CNG stations not to fill CNG in such vehicles, where safety of installation of CNG cylinders/ piping is not ensured. SSGC regrets the inconvenience which may be caused to CNG users and industrialists during the above notified shut down period.
