Pakistan alive to nukes security

LAHORE - Despite the US assurance that it would never target the Pakistans nuclear installations, the country is sensitive about and alert to the security of its nuclear arsenal. At a briefing in the backdrop of Osama bin Laden operation, it was told that the nuclear programme is completely safe. No power in world has the ability to afflict more than 15 per cent damage to any of Pakistans nuclear facilities and every country, including India, knows what kind of response it would have to face in case of any adventurism on the nukes. A well-placed government source revealed that post OBL operation, all the agencies responsible for countrys security have been ordered to review their arrangements and ensure foolproof national security, particularly the safety of the nuclear facilities.
