Punjab gets new DG anti-corruption, Three DCs swap positions

LAHORE   -   Three deputy commissioners on Thursday swap positions while four officers on special duty have been given placements in different departments following the transfers of the previous incum­bents of these posts. According to the official no­tification, officer on special duty, S&GAD, Punjab, Nadeem Sarwar has been appointed as new DG Anti-corruption, Establishment, Punjab, addition­al chief secretary (Home) Capt (Retd) Asad Ullah Khan has been relieved of the additional charge of the post. Whereas, another officer on special duty, S&GAD, Punjab, has been placed as additional sec­retary (Properties) Punjab Cooperative Board for Liquidation ( PCBL). Capt (Retd) Waqas Rashid, a officer on special duty S&GAD, Punjab, has been posted as Additional Secretary Mines & Miner­als department Punjab, against a vacant post. Similarly, officer on special duty, S&GAD Punjab, Ayesha Hameed has been posted as Secretary (Ar­chives & Libraries Wing). As per the notification three Deputy Commissioners have been trans­ferred. Deputy Commissioner Bhakkar, Khurram Shahzad, has been transferred and directed to report to the S&GAD for further orders. Deputy Commissioner Khushab, Capt (Retd) Shoaib Ali has been transferred and posted as Deputy Com­missioner Bhakkar,after the transfer of the previ­ous incumbent of the post, Khurram Shahzad.
