Karachi: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Rashid Godil’s health is improving and he is out of danger.
The spokesman of Liaquat National Hospital Anjum Rizvi today told journalists that a detailed medical examination MQM leader was conducted this morning. It was decided by the doctors to shift him from the ICU to the ward after 3 PM.
Rashid Godil who is under treatment at a local hospital, after suffering multiple bullet wounds in an armed attack, regained consciousness on Sunday.
Rashid Godil has recorded his initial statement to the police officials, who had visited him sources said.
Gunmen on motorcycles had opened fire on the car of Rashid Godil last Tuesday, critically injuring him and killing his driver.
