After issuing the notices, the court also directed the respondents to submit their reply in this matter and informed the court that under what law Dr Naro has occupied the office of joint executive director.

The court issued these directions while hearing a petition moved by Riasat Ali Azad Advocate.

In the petition, Azad contended before the court that ministry of CADD issued a notification on March 25, 2014 and appointed Deputy Executive Director Dr Iftikhar who is an official of grade-19 for the three months on the post of joint executive director which is a post for grade-20.
