KARACHI – A large number of workers of Jamat-e-Islami Sindh on Friday took out a protest rally against brutal bombardment on innocent people of Palestine.
Addressing the rally took out at Baitul Mukarram Mosque, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, vice president of Jamat-e-Islami Sindh Asadullah Bhutto said that indiscriminate Israeli bombing on Ghaza was an act of state terrorism. The criminal negligence of United States over the bleeding issue of Ghaza has exposed the dual standards of the US. He said western countries proved themselves as an enemy of Muslims.
Western world showing solidarity with Israel and not bothered to even condemned the killing of innocent non-combatants Palestinians, “Where are human rights champions?” he questioned the UN.”
Bhutto said the D-8 Summit was not representing the actual feeling of Muslim world as the participants of D-8 did not condemned the US blasphemous film and not even shown the solidarity with Palestinians.
He said the United Nations had sent a delegation in Balochistan for getting information about the violation of human rights but unfortunately no one reached Ghaza for human rights.
He said that collation partners of the government took out rallies just for media gains but government kept silent on the issue of Karachi.
JI Karachi Chief Muhammad Hussain Mehanti said if Muslim Ummah would be united, Israel could not supposed to attack on Palestine.
The UN had formed to maintain peace in world but now it support terrorism, he added.
GAZA SOLIDARITY DAY OBSERVED: “Fatah-e-Mubeen and Gaza Solidarity Day” was observed across the country on Friday on the appeal of Palestine Foundation Pakistan.
It is pertinent to mentioned here that Palestine Foundation Pakistan leaders Muzaffar Hashami (ex-MNA), Allama Qazi Noorani (JUP), Maulana Sadiq Raza (MWM), Sabir Karbalai (Spokesman of PLF), Mehfooz Yar Khan (PAML) demanded the Pakistani Nation to observe Friday as “Fatah-e-Mubeen & Gaza Solidarity Day” after the victory of Islamic Resistance Movement Hammas and Jihaad-e-Islami against Zionist regime Israel in Gaza.
Zionist regime Israel had imposed war on Gaza on November 8, but failed to achieve its target on the aggression on Gaza strip. People of Palestine and Gaza are celebrating the victory day as “Fatah-e-Mubeen” across the Palestine. This victory of oppressed people of Gaza was a slap on the US and Zionist regime Israel.
During the Friday sermons, religious scholars and clerics expressed solidarity with Palestinian and Gaza people. They said that Israel poses a grave threat to humanity and the US was a war criminal. They demanded that International court of justice should register a war crime case against US President Obama and Zionist Prime Minister Natenyahoo on the aggression on Gaza, killing more than 100 innocent people and children.
People of Pakistan observed “Fatah-e-Mubeen and Gaza Solidarity Day” on Friday and took protests rallies and staged demonstrations across Pakistan against Israeli aggression on Gaza. The enraged protestors torched the US and Israeli flags and also chanted slogans against United States and Israel.
