Past in Perspective

They were first introduced to the world by Pope Gregory I during the sixth century to be pride, greed, lust, envy, gluttony, wrath and sloth. They also came with the seven virtues that neutralise and deter the sins; humility, charity, chastity, gratitude, temperance, patience and diligence. These sins were thought to be the path towards distances oneself from god since they incited further sins that were unforgivable.
