LAHORE   -   About 19 high ranking officers from 18 to 20 grade have been transferred by the Punjab government here on Friday. 

According to the official notification, secretary Forestry, Wildlife &Fisheries Department, south Punjab,Sarfraz Hus­sain has been entrusted with additional charge of the posts of secretary higher education department, South Punjab along with secretary school education department, South Punjab, in addition to his own duties, during the leave pe­riod of regular incumbent of theseposts, Ehtisham Anwar. Whereas, DG Punjab, food authority, Lt (R) Muhammad Shoaib Khan Jadoonhas been transferred and directed to report to S&GAD, for further orders.Meanwhile, officer on special duty S&GAD, Mudassar Riaz Malik Bs-19 has been placed as new DG PFA. Addi­tional DG, Punjab Land Records Author­ity (PLRA), Capt (R) Ikram Ul Haq has been transferred and posted DG Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) against a vacant post. Similarly, Director (Admin), Punjab overseas Pakistanis commission, Khizar Hayat has been transferred and posted as Project Director, PMU, primary secondary healthcare department Pun­jab. Deputy Secretary, CM office Abdul Razaq, Punjab has been transferred and placed at the disposal of CM, office, for further adjustment as additional secre­tary. 

In pursuance of recent transfers and postings, Amir Hussain Ghazi,under transfer as project director, PMU, prima­ry & secondary healthcare department has been posted as MD, public health foundation (PHF). 

Officer on Special Duty, Fazal-e-Rabi has been placed as deputy secretary, Fi­nance department. While , two officers currently at the disposal of Anti-corrup­tion establishment Punjab, Khalid Yamin and Mossawer Ahmad Khan have been transferred with the direction to report to S&GAD, for further orders. Apart from this, another officer on special duty, Mu­hammad Ibrahim Junaid has been posted as Member (judicial-l) board of revenue Punjab. 

Ahmad Kamal Maan, who was current­ly at the disposal of the CM office Punjab, has been transferred and posted as com­missioner, Gujrat Division Gujrat against a newly created post. Additional Deputy Commissioner (General), Chiniot, Altaf Hussain Ansari has been transferred and placed at the disposal of CM office Pun­jab, for further adjustment as deputy secretary. On the other hand after the transfer of Altaf Hussain Ansari, the sec­tion officer, energy department, Muham­mad Talha Saeed has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner (General) Chiniot. Deputy Commissioner Narowal, Shahid Farid has been trans­ferred with direction to report to S&GAD, for further orders.

In pursuance of partial modification of department notifications 2 transfers and postings orders have been withdrawn while two have beenmodified. Accord­ing to the official notifications, in partial modification of para 2 of department notification dated 22-09-2022, Capt ( r) Shoaib Ali, deputy commissioner Khush­ab has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner Narowal. Simi­larly, the transfer notificationwith di­rections to report to S&GAD, for further ordersof Khuram Shahzad, deputy com­missioner Bhakar has been withdrawn.Meanwhile, the notification dated 15-09-2022, oftransfering and postingof additional secretary development local government& community development department, Maria Tariq as additional secretary higher education department has been cancelled. While, in pursuance of partial modification another notifica­tion issued on similar date officer on spe­cial duty Rashid Irshad has been posted additional secretary higher education department Punjab.
