ISLAMABAD   -    The everyday number of coro­navirus infections in Paki­stan has dropped to below 50 as the country reported 47 more coronavirus infec­tions and no fatality during the last 24 hours with infec­tivity ratio dropping to 0.38 percent, showed the statis­tics released by the Nation­al Institute of Health (NIH) on Sunday morning. According to NIH data, the death toll in the country remained the same at 30,612 while the num­ber of total infections now stood at 1,572,316 after add­ing the fresh 47 cases. During the last 24 hours (Saturday), 12,369 tests were conducted throughout Pakistan where­as the positivity ratio stood at 0.38 percent. The number of patients in critical care was recorded at 73.
