CDA to install modern cameras for monitoring

Islamabad - Capital development Authority administration has decided to install modern cameras in five blocks of CDA offices as a part of high tech security system.

The purpose of installing the cameras is to monitor the activities on the premises.

According to media reports, the process of installation of 91 cameras in five blocks of chairman office has already started and will cost Rs 85 Lac.

Cameras have been also been installed at government pumps to link them to the control room and monitor the filling of fuel in Capital development Authority vehicles.

One dozen cameras have also been installed at petrol pumps of sector G -7 and MPO H-9 sector.

Member administration CDA Muhammad Yasir Pirzada has said that directorate of admin is hiring the services of NTC for the installation of cameras on emergency basis.

In the next phase of the process, all 27 formations of CDA will be connected.

Previously, only 8 old technology cameras were installed in CDA.
