QUETTA - First Information Report (FIR) of the martyrdom of two police personnel in Bhosa Mandi area of Quetta was lodged on Saturday against unidentified armed men in CTD police station, Quetta on the complaint of Inspector Imran Shabbir.

According to the authorities of Counter Terrorism Department (CTD), Quetta, First Information Report (FIR) of the martyrdom of two police personnel in Bhosa Mandi area of Quetta was lodged against unidentified armed men in CTD police station, Quetta under section premeditated murder, attempted murder and terrorism on the compliant of Inspector Imran Shabbir.  It is pertinent to mention that the previous day,  two police personnel namely ASI Rehmatullah, Constable Ali Asghar were gunned down while driver Qurban Ali son of Azad Khan was injured by unidentified armed men in Bhosa Mandi, Eastern Bypass area of Quetta.

ANF foils bid to smuggle 60kg hashish

Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) Quetta claimed to have foiled the bid to smuggle 60 kilogram hashish in a joint operation conducted near Ajwa hotel area in district Pishin of Balochistan province on Saturday. Two alleged accused were also arrested during the operation.

 

 

According to a statement issued by the spokesperson, staff of ANF Quetta seized 60 kilogram of hashish hashish from the hidden cavities of Toyota Corolla X car in a joint operation conducted near Ajwa Hotel area in Tehsil Yaroo of district Pishin.

Two alleged accused namely Syed Muhammad Nazeer, resident of Pishin and Abdul Ali, resident of Killa Abdullah were also arrested during the operation. Investigation against the alleged accused was started after lodging FIR against them under anti-narcotics act.
