ISLAMABAD (APP) The Capital Development Authority (CDA) online complaint management system are intended to facilitate the citizens of the city with various procedures they require. An official told this news agency that the civic body is committed to provide citizens services they require for day-to-day amenities. He said that the Complaint and Enquiry management system facilitates citizens to register their complaints regarding CDA directorates i.e. Directorate of Maintenance, Directorate of Electrical & Mechanical (Maintenance), Directorate of Sanitation, Directorate of Water supply, Directorate of Environment and Directorate of Roads. He informed that for this purpose 24 hours operation call centre has been established with the helpline 111-000-232. Citizens can register their, complaints through helpline. This Facility is only operational for Sectors G-5, G-6, G-8, F-5, F-6, F-7, F-8 and E-7 residents. He said that the civic body is also trying to create awareness regarding water conservation at homes. He said that the citizens should cooperate with authorities not to misuse water.
