Avalon City plans to turn capital into economic hub: Imran Ismail

ISLAMABAD-The Avalon City has arrived in the federal capital to launch its mega real estate project, and is all set to create a world full of luxury lifestyle and business opportunities. Former Sindh governor and the Avalon chairman Imran Ismail expressed this commitment as chief guest at the launching ceremony of the Avalon City held here at a local hotel   the other day.
This is the first purpose-built high tech housing society launched along the main Chakri Road, Motorway Interchange and the proposed Rawalpindi Ring Road.
He said that the project would be eco-friendly and ideal for safe and healthy living. The apartments will be constructed according to the latest design and on the philosophy of smart living and minimalism.
The Avalon has so far successfully completed more than 200 projects worldwide.
AJK Prime Minister   Sardar Tanvir Ilyas, former federal minister Amir Mahmood Kiani, custodian of Eid Gah Sharif Rawalpindi Pir Naqeebur Rehman, Aqeel Kareem Deedhi, Mahmood Molvi were among the prominent guests on the occasion. Imran Ismail shared details of the project which would accommodate businesses at a central location in Islamabad.
This business project will play an important role in the progression of the infrastructure and high-end business matters in Pakistan, Imran Ismail hoped, adding that it would convert the capital into viable transactions, channelling wealth generation for the country.
The   Sindh ex-governor and PTI senior leader Imran Ismail said that this project will be reshaping the entire infrastructure of the city. As Avalon has opened Avalon City Islamabad, the first technology city in Pakistan to help people with their everyday problems by giving them access to high-tech solutions, he said.
He said the best part is that the project will also keep people busy with high-tech services like 3D theatres, virtual theatres, Wi-Fi trees, electric bikes, and more smart living solutions based on technology. The project will in fact help the business community to make money in a clean, transparent way, he said.
AJK Prime Minister Sardar Tanvir, while speaking on the occasion, congratulated the Avalon Group for launching the Avalon Islamabad that is a unique project which offers world-class facilities such as massive mega residential and commercial developments in the federal capital. The future project has accessible costs and numerous plans for investors. The four-year payment plan includes eight half-yearly or 40 monthly payments. Besides 15pc down payment is due at the plot reservation. Avalon City Islamabad will also have automated street lighting, power supply, traffic control, technology that can recognize objects and faces, and virtual hubs.
At the end of the ceremony the celebrated singer of Pakistan Ayma Baig entertained the audience with her melodious voice.
