QUETTA  -  The police Tuesday arrested police personnel accused of killing a student three years back in Noshki area of the province. The police told media that accused cop namely Mohammad Yusuf allegedly shot at and killed a student of Balochistan University Sami Mengal in Qaziabad area of Noshki.
