KARACHI - Chief of PML (F) and spiritual leader of Hur Jamaat, Pir Sahib Pagara, has insisted that current year 2011 is a year of change as he had already stated before and made another prediction that judicial martial law will come. He was talking to media persons here at Kingri House on Wednesday where he received Awami Muslim League President Shaikh Rashid. When asked to comment on Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharifs statement on making Karachi a province, Pagara declared that national capital would be moved from Islamabad to its old location Karachi. Gen Ayub Khan had shifted the capital from Karachi to Islamabad and it will come back to Karachi. When asked when that will happen, he in his cryptic style added when the weather will sizzle, Karachi would become the capital. When reminded that he had predicted 2011 as year of change but nothing happened, he told the media persons that year has not ended yet and insisted that that his prediction of change in the current year would become a reality.
