15-member KP business delegation leaves for Iran

PESHAWAR - A 15-member delegation of businessmen from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, led by Vice President FPCCI Zubair Ali, has left for a 10 days visit to Iran.
During the visit, the delegation will meet with members of chambers of different cities of Iran including Tehran, Ispahan, Mashad, Zaidan and Qazween. The visit also included meeting with high officials of Iran, said a press release issued here on Wednesday. VP FPCCI, Zubair Ali said the businessmen delegation will focus on enhancing trade relations between Pakistan and Iran, improving trade through air, railway and road besides inviting Iranian investors to invest in Pakistan.
He expressed the hope that visit of FPCCI delegation will help in further strengthening brotherly relations between Pakistan and Iran and giving impetus to commercial activities between the two countries. Zubair Ali said Pakistan, especially Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is rich with natural resources and can prove very beneficial for foreign investors.
He said this is the first ever visit of KP businessmen to a foreign country under the leadership of FPCCI office bearers and will have very positive impact in increasing trade relations between Iran and Pakistan.
