35 outlaws among 14 gamblers arrested




RAWALPINDI  – Police on Sunday claimed to have arrested 35 outlaws, including 14 gamblers, seven for involvement in immoral activities and four drunkard.
The police in its crackdown against anti-social elements arrested 14 law-breakers including four drunkard and recovered 47 bottles of liquor, three 30-bore pistols with 34 rounds and one stolen Toyota Corolla car.
The police arrested Faisal, Abdul Rehman, Ghulam Shabbir, Nadeem, Haris, Islam and Ahsan and recovered 47 bottles of liquor. Similarly, other accused namely  Kamran, Zaman, Saeed, Zulfiqar, Mir Alam, Qasim, and Abbas were held on recovery of illegal arms.
Meanwhile, Waris Khan Police acting-on a tip off raided at a gambling den in Qasimabad and nabbed Irslan, Yasir, Waseem, Asad, Imran, Khurram, Asad, Ali, Ali Akbar, Qasim, Athsam, Khaliq, Ghulam Hussain and Zia and recovered Rs 11,750 stake money and 17 mobile phones.   
While on an information, Race Course police raided a brothel house  being run by a woman namely Robi in Kamalabad area. the police arrested seven accused identified as Afzal, Israr, Waqas, Shazia, Kalsoom, Parveen and Arooj, for being involved in immoral activities.
