Malakand- A moderate earthquake measuring 5.5 on the Richter Scale struck several northern areas including Malakand Division, Swat and Shangla today.
No immediate report was received regarding the damage caused by the quake anywhere in the affected region. The jolts were powerful enough that sent frightened people into the streets.
