Peshawar - Counter-Terrorism Department has recovered 20 rocket-propelled grenades (RPGs) along with 15 RPG fuses from Khyber district.
According to a press release issued from the CTD Headquarters in the provincial capital, the team raided Qambarkhel area of Khyber district and recovered the ammunition following a tip-off.
Meanwhile, an anti-terrorism court in Mardan district sentenced an accused in a terrorism case to 14 years in prison and Rs70,000 fine. In the year 2015, some motorists while trying to evade arrest crushed one constable Fayyaz to death.
Later, the one accused Kashif was arrested in the case and ultimately caged for 14 years as per the court verdict.
