Shujaat for converting LoC into commerce line

ISLAMABAD - President PML-Q Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has said that the leadership of Pakistan and India will have to take bold decisions to resolve the Kashmir issue and proposed to convert the Line of Control into line of commerce. He has also highlighted the need to provide maximum facilities to Kashmiris living both sides of the line. Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain expressed these views on Thursday at his resident in Islamabad during a meeting with Yasin Malik, Chairman Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front. Federal Ministers Chaudhry Wajahat Hussain, Ghous Bux Mehar, Mian Riaz Hussain Pirzada, Akram Masih Gill, Rana Asif Tauseef, Prime Ministers advisor Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar, Kh Sheraz Mehmood, Senator Nilofer Bakhtiyar and other leaders were also present on the occasion. As a confidence building measure and to promote convenient movement of Kashmiris living both sides, Chaudhry Shujat Hussain proposed to convert the Line Of Control (LOC) into line of commerce. He said that this step will boost trade between the two Kashmirs and provide Kashmiris the better facilities and opportunity. Speaking on the occasion the Kashmir liberation movement leader, Yasin Malik said that the situation in the Indian Held Kashmir was extremely grave and mere confidence building measures were not sufficient for the resolution of the Kashmir Issue.
