Sindh asked to arrest temple attack culprits

KARACHI - Taking serious notice of the attack on a Hindu temple in Hyderabad, PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has directed the Sindh government to immediately initiate investigation in this regard.
In a statement issued here on Friday, he said: “PPP would ensure full security of the worship places of minorities and any discriminatory treatment would not be tolerated.” Bilawal asked the Sindh chief minister to take measures for arrest of the perpetrators and take them to task.
Meanwhile, Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah took serious notice of attack on temple in Hyderabad. He directed the commissioner, DIG police, SSP police, deputy commissioner of Hyderabad to provide full security to all the worship places of minorities within their areas and take strict action against the miscreants.
He also sought detailed report of the incident within 24 hours. The chief minister directed the district administration of all the districts to be vigilant, activate their intelligence network, identify and detect the culprits who are involved in this heinous crime and are creating differences among the followers of different religions.
