FAISALABAD - State Minister for Information and Broadcasting Farrukh Habib said Friday that the PTI government would present pro-people budget and no new tax would be added this year.
Addressing the textile exporters in Pakistan Textile Exporters Association (PTEA) here, he said the government had privilege to introduce first textile policy in consultation with the local textile industrialists and now positive results were being harvested by the all textile sector. "The government policies in different sectors are yielding positive results and our statistics are being appreciated by the private sector which is a great achievement of the economic team of Prime Minister Imran Khan, he said.
He particularly mentioned Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme, Kamyab Jawan and Health Card, etc. and said that when PTI government came into power the textile sector was at the verge of collapse.
