US to continue cooperation with Pakistan in war against terrorism: US

WASHINGTON: US State Department deputy spokesperson Mark Toner while briefing the newsmen in Washington on Friday said that the United States will continue to cooperate with Pakistan in war against terrorism.

Answering a question regarding this week’s terrorist attack on the Police Training College in Quetta, Mark Toner offered condolences to the families and friends who lost their loved ones in this terrible attack.

He further said that it is too early in the investigation to determine if the ISIS is behind this attack and added that the US will continue to cooperate with the Pakistani authorities as they conduct this investigation.

"It’s still early stages of the investigation. I don’t think we know with great certainty who was behind the attack," Toner told reporters when asked about reports that ISIS carried out the attack.
