PESHAWAR   -  Special Assistant for In­dustry and Trade Abdul Kareem while address­ing the convention of Young Leader Parliament held at Nishtar Hall Pe­shawar said that the pro­vincial government has started various schemes to provide dignified em­ployment to the youth of the province and initiat­ed interest-free loans on easy terms so that the youth can take full ad­vantage and play their role in the economic de­velopment of the prov­ince. 

On the occasion of the convention, the Presi­dent of the Young Lead­er Parliament Naveed, while highlighting the aims and objectives of YLP in detail, said that the organization aims to train the youth about leadership quality so that they can take the best decision in practi­cal life. 

At the convention, Vice President Bank of Khyber (BoK) Atif Han­if urged the young lead­ers to work with honesty, promote new ideas and help the government by starting their business­es using modern tech­nology. 

Vice Chairman Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Board of Investment Syed Mah­mood also addressed the convention and empha­sized to the youth that the fate of the country is related to you as well as the future of the country. 

Addressing the conven­tion, Special Assistant for Industry and Trade Ab­dul Karim praised the or­ganizers for organizing a successful convention and said that the youth should come forward and play their full role in the country’s develop­ment by exposing them­selves to modern tech­nology. 

Regarding employ­ment, SMEDA and Khy­ber Pakhtunkhwa Board of Investment (KPBOIT) can help you in this re­gard, the provincial gov­ernment has developed and promoted SMEs in merged tribal districts and started several proj­ects for which grants are being given to the youth for employment, he said. On this occasion, the Special Assistant distrib­uted shields and certifi­cates to the organizers.
