The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday acquitted PML-N Vice-President Maryam Nawaz and her husband Captain (retd) Safdar in Avenfield reference.
Announcing the verdict shortly after reserving it, the IHC declared void the sentences announced by the accountability court.
Justice Amir Farooq remarked that the NAB has failed to prove its case.
