Rahim Yar Khan: At least 40 people, including women and children were hospitalized after eating poisonous food at a wedding party held in Khan Wela area of Rahim Yar Khan today.

Police said that poisonous rice had been served to the guests during a wedding, which left 40 persons unconscious.

The victims were shifted to Sheikh Zayed Hospital in Rahim Yar Khan for medical treatment, where doctors said that 10 persons were in critical condition.
