KARACHI - Former policeman among three were killed in separate incidents here on Saturday. Mobin Ahmed, 36, resident of Baldia Town, was going in his car when unknown assailants on a motorbike shot him near his residence at Baldia No 3. He was taken to hospital where doctors pronounced his death while police suspected that there might be any personal enmity behind the incident. The body was handed over to the family after autopsy but the case wasnt registered till this report was filed. On the other side, seven days old decomposed body of a woman was found from the bushes at Northern Bypass within the limits of Manghopir police station. Police said that resident of the area informed the police about the body lying in the bushes and when police reached and found the beheaded body of young woman and shifted the body to the morgue after autopsy. Police suspect that culprits threw the body at the said place after murdered while police have registered the case against unknown culprits. Meanwhile, in an encounter a bandit was killed and two arrested in the limits of the Pirabad police station. Police said that three armed men barged into the Siya Mill located at Mughal Chowk, Manghopir, and made hostages the staffers of the factory while residents of the area informed the police about the incident. Police party reached on the spot and killed a bandit namely Noor Bagh and arrested injured Afzal Karim and Javaid. Police recovered three TT pistols and looted valuables.
