ISLAMABAD (Online) - Four members of the United Nations team investigating the assassination of Benazir Bhutto returned back on Saturday after completing initial investigations. According to details, four members of the team left for Doha by a private airline while the remaining three are also planned to return back soon. During the visit, they investigated the security plan at the Liaquat Bagh for Shaheed Benazir Bhutto. They also asked questions from police officers along with recording their statements and visited the Benazir Bhutto Hospital where Dr Musaddaq gave them a briefing. Inspector General Punjab Police Tariq Saleem Dogar also provided details during the teams visit to Lahore. The UN team also met with Attorney General Latif Khosa, officials of Interior Ministry and other senior government functionaries.
