Social action and social peers

Social action is an act performed by a person or a group of people belonging from the same culture within a society for the betterment purposes and also to implant better judiciary system and future results for the society.

Peer relationships provide a completely unique context in which young people discuss various important social-emotional skills, including empathy, cooperation, and problem-solving strategies. Peer relationships can also contribute negatively to socio-emotional improvement through bullying, exclusion and deviant peer processes.

Peers or a group of people with similar interests, age, background or social status are important sources of information, feedback and support for developing self-esteem, punishment or interpersonal communication.

So every action taken by a single individual or by a group of people is directly or indirectly related with the peer groups present in the society. Sometimes social action can be harmed because the purpose of that actions can be personal and profitable for only a single person and harm the remaining society.

Relationship of social action and social peers also deals with the problems spreading in our youth nowadays like making premature relationships and then facing the depression after breakup also the same not judging a right person for yourself and also facing problems of trust issues. Problems like this should be highlighted as students in universities are facing the same problems thus effecting their studies but don’t have proper awareness and solutions for dealing with these kind of problems.

In this regard, our social media should play an important role and make premature university students aware about avoiding these kind of problems and also how entangled students get rid of these things and focus on their studies. University seniors should also play a vital role regarding these sort of problem by sharing their experiences and also making aware of the things going around.

All these things require a social peer group thus making relation between social action, social change and social peers.
